The agenda included two lectures on the topic of: "Corporate Citizenship - what responsibility do the government, the private sector and the citizens in general bear for the retention and further development of art and culture?" The distinguished speakers were the CEO of the Deutsche Bank, Josef Ackermann, and the President of the Prussian Cultural Property Foundation, Klaus-Dieter Lehmann.

Participants in the following round-table discussion were, besides the two speakers, Roland Berger, Chairman of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and patron of the event, as well as Sir Peter Jonas, General Manager of the Bavarian State Opera. This illustrious panel was chaired by Hans Werner Kilz, editor-in-chief of the Süddeutsche Zeitung.
