Thirteen new dancers have joined the corps de ballet
Thirteen new dancers have joined the Corps de ballet for the new season:
On the photo from left to right: French dancer Léonard Engel from the Victor Ullate Ballet Madrid; Matej Urban, Czech, from the National Theatre Prag; Dustin Klein, born in Landsberg/Germany, was engaged at the Deutsche Oper am Rhein before; Alba Sempere from Spain, danced with the Staatsballett Berlin before; Maged Mohamed from Egypt came to Munich from the Ballet of the Semper Opera Dresden; Russian Nikita Korotkov left the Ballet Academy in Zurich; Petra Conti from Rome danced with the Mariinsky Ballet before, Ilya Shcherbakov from Irkutsk was engaged in the companies of Boris Eifman as well as in Korea before; the Italian Sofia Rosolini finished her professional formation in Mailand; Gözde Özgür, born in Turkey, left the Ballet Academy in Zurich; Mia Cooper from Australia was trained at the Heinz-Bosl-Stiftung; Giuliana Bottino from Sicily left the Jeunes Ballet Cannes to come to Munich and Marie-Astrid Casinelli finished her ballet education at the ballet school of the Paris Opera.
In the Munich ensemble Stephanie Hancox and Nour El Desouki have been promoted to soloists. back
