Levente Molnár
Levente Molnár was born in Transylvania and grew up in Hungary. He began voice lessons at the age of 14, and was a member of the Opera Studio at the State Opera in Budapest from 2003, making his début there in 2006 as Don Giovanni. As a member of the ensemble at the Budapest State Opera, he continues to expand his repertoire with such roles as Conte Almaviva (
Le nozze di Figaro), Malatesta (
Don Pasquale) and the title role in Evgeny Onegin. In the autumn of 2008 he made a highly successful début at the Royal Opera House Covent Garden in London as Masetto (
Don Giovanni). 2012/13 Season: Marcello (
